This past Saturday, I joined Darcy Blue from www.blueturtlebotanicals.com, for a Native Medicinal Plant walk in the Catalinas, she teaches how to identify the different plants, and the healing properties associated. It was an enjoyable, informative experience, a great way to spend a day, and will certainly make hiking much more interesting now!
